The recently emerged need to reach for competencies of employee groups located outside the main economic centres of Poland often requires new business models.

Our work space design takes into account the multi-generation characteristics of today’s labour market, as well as the life- and work-style of those professionally active. We adopt a holistic approach towards workplace design and we concentrate on healthy and ergonomic office environment.
Our buildings are designed with respect to environment and they are used in a sustainable manner as we take care of their operation after the delivery and space take-up by tenants, thus fulfilling our commitment from the concept stage.
